Today is a new day for me.. i cheated on saturday and sunday.. but i'm not really thinking about that.. i had a lot to do today so i couldnt go to the gym.. but other then that i've been doing really well.. i'm not proud of cheating, i know this is an excuse but i was having such a hard time dealing with some issues in my life.. i just wanted to go out and have fun without having to think about a diet, the house, cleaning, laundry, taking care of the baby.. i just wanted to have fun

Nobody is perfect. I cheated this weekend too. All we have to do is get back in diet mode. It doesn't hurt to splurge once in awhile so don't get down about it.

Dont feel bad. We all have our days. I cheated for the first time since I started on Jan 2nd. It's my birthday and my boys wanted me to order pizza and have a piece of cake. It was also on super bowl sunday. My birthday is today but we went ahead and did the celebration on Sunday. so i'm back at the diet today. Hang in there!

Sometimes you need to let loss to stay sane!! Don't beat yourself up just get back on track and you will be ok

You've lost 11lb so far, so you know you can do it! I think it's wise to let loose know and again. It's best if you plan it a little and tell yourself before hand what your limits are going to be. So go a little nuts, but know how nuts! I weigh myself on the same dat every week, then that night i can have a few treats safe in the knowledge that i've got a whole week to put it right!
