i won't stop. it's just hard. some of the stuff I can't even do. I'm not flexible enough. I guess that comes with time

That will come. Strength and flexibility take time, but soooo rad on the day you find yourself doing the thing you couldn't do when you started. One of my favourite exercises now is something that a year ago I couldnt do.

Thanks for that encouragement Shereen. My muscles are so stiff this evening, I can barely walk. Lol. So for the beginning of it I will do it every second day.
