Still no weight lose. Im getting ready to start the low carb diet. I did not exercise yesterday rained all evening. I could have road the stationary bike but, to many people in my house I hate to exercise when they are there. Some one ate my to chicken breasts I had prepared for yesterday and today they just don't get it. They have to prepare their own food thye are grown and work.

If you hate to exercise in front of people, get outside and walk. You can get a pedometer and aim for 10,000 steps a day. If you have a dvd player and tv in your bedroom, get a couple of workout dvds and do it in there. Jillian Michaels 30 day shred is 25 minutes long and kicks your butt in to shape. You need a couple of light hand weights and a mat (or a towel if you have a rug). Many people are self-conscious when exercising at first, but you get over it. This is about your health. As for people eating your food (family or roommates). I would wrap it up and put my name on it and tell them NOT to eat it. If it's family, you have to be firm. If it's a roommate that is inexcusable. If you want something bad enough, you will find a way. If not, you will find an excuse. Now be a NIKE commercial and JUST DO IT.

I agree with you!! I find doing the dvds challenging due to having hip replacements. I have 5 young adult males in the house and they all say they didnt do it so it was CASPER you know so Thanks and I accept your thoughts.

Lol!! I know those fellas, "I don't know, "wasn't me, I didn't do it"!! Maybe if you give them an ultimatum...the next time something goes missing, you are all out on your own!!! Sometimes just the threat is enough to wake them up and realize you mean business!! Its tough to exercise with replacements. Got a gym with a pool around?? I don't have replacements, but I do have arthritis bad, and it helps me to exercise in the pool! Hope you get those guys on track!!

I did go last year to the pool lost about 30lbs way to many kids for swim team. I did workout this am. Great lettuce wraps for dinner
