i was doing so well yesterday. i found this website i was really counting every single thing i put in my mouth i went to class equipped with veggies to snack on and then i had taco salad. i decided to just suck it up because i was starving and i had to run to night class. THEN there were mini donut holes and peanut m & m's at night class. did i resist them? no, of course not. after i ate them i felt disgusting and horrible but while i was eating them i had no such thoughts. it wasn't like i had a craving for them or they were some rare thing i never get to eat they were freakin' m and m's. i felt so gross afterwards... and i knew i would but that didnt stop me. so what's wrong with me?
hopefully today will be better. i have the opportunity to make a healthy dinner and since i dont get that chance often during the week, i'm going to tonight.
also, i got on the scale this morning, again, and it was .5 of a pound down. granted, i know you're not supposed to weigh yourself everyday b/c of water weight and fluctuation and all that. but i usually do. so .5 of a pound is still weight! right?
