Wife hasn't been well for a few days so we've been having more plain meals. Today , we tried Mozzarisella - a vegan alternative to mozarella - in a sandwich which was actually really good! We had pesto, mozarella and tomatoes on a granary bread - yum!

Have you had a chance to try the Violife vegan cheeses? I've found their feta to be pretty spot-on.

We have tried the mozzarella and the cheddar style violife ones and weren't keen at all. Found the Green Vie one to be the best for melting and this one is good for eating cool :) might try the feta though! Thanks
