I don’t really have any pics off when I was obese. I do have some clothes though, kept some as a reminder and a pick me up for when all this healthy eating non drinking caper gets me down. The bike jacket I bought at the end off last summer.it was tight!

Gilly, when ever this lockdown is over! X Always remember the rule off three. What you give comes back to you threefold, good and bad.
“Always remember the rule of three
Three times your act come back to thee
This lesson well thou must learn
Thou only gets what thee dost earn”
Blessed be. xxx

Hi Paul69, ha ha, Larry’s a good beast. I got him from the Dogs Trust. He’s a 14mth old Lurcher. The Police found him back in August wandering along the A1 literally starving to death. They took him to the vets and they in turn him placed him with the Dogs Trust. It turns out he had been used for Hare Coursing then dumped. The dogs rehoming centre had a lot of Lurchers and Staffies. No body wants them. I’ve always had rescue dogs and I never take a pup, they get rehomed no problem. I’ve always supported the underdog so to speak. I’d just lost my last dog Molly, she was a rescue Staffie, she was 6 when I got her and I had her for 9 years. God I can blether on, but it’s something I’m passionate about. Have a great Paul, it’s cold and dull here today but Larry Longlegs and I are off down to the beach at Gullane. Gilly will know it 👍🏴
