I tragically lost two of my fur babies in March, and needless to say I have spiraled out of control. I loved them both, but one of them....I just didn't realize how much of an emotional support she was to me. She got me through the death of my Mom and I have been so lost without her and to say I have been struggling is an understatement, but I know I have to get back on course. I feel terrible. I am aching from the gluten and although I have had trouble sleeping from their loss the pain from the gluten has been terrible. I did finally get that under control (about a week ago) and now I am trying to cut my caffeine back down...the restless leg is now the biggest instigator in keeping me awake and I am pretty sure if I cut the caffeine back to my one cup a day of coffee and then one cup of tea that my restless leg may settle down and be more manageable.
So baby steps is where I am right now. Feeling good again is my goal.
