Have a doc appointment on Wednesday. My abs have been bothering me with these home workouts. I did a Pilates class about a year ago and it took my abs like a month to be normal. Now all this home workout stuff seems to be trigger an issues again. Hoping it’s not a hernia but I am nervous while working our.
