So tired these days...just feel exhausted anymore. Doesn't help that I've been only getting about 5-6 hrs of sleep a night, but I wonder if its moreso the decrease of carbs or the increase on walking that's wearing me out...*yawn*

It could be a combination of both. Carbs are what the body uses for energy when exercising. So if your exercising more and not giving your body the nutrients it needs, then you might feel tired. But not getting enough sleep is most likely the real culprit.

Thanks Suzi, I believe you're correct. Think I'll try to force myself to go to bed earlier to see if it helps :)
