Gone off track a little last week, feeling really fat and horrible today so I’m paying for it :( no motivation for workouts please help

We all go off track (I do more often than I care to admit!) but don't hold on to the negative, every day is a new start! A new opportunity to make better choices. Don't beat yourself up for yesterday or the days before. The past can't be changed, and it doesn't matter anymore because it's in the past. What matters is now. You can do this! You are 1 good decision away from feeling better, and every little better decision counts :0)

Isit possible to lose weight without the workouts hehe iv changed my eating and stopped my bad habits just no change anywhere

Totally agree with crookshank! Also I found my workouts hard to start with.. the idea of them was sooo exhausting. However i found taking a step back and looking at it.. 30 min work out - it’s just 30 minutes of my day. (I’ve showered longer than that before I’m sure 😂). Break it down into easier thoughts. Also ANY exercise is better than none. Tell yourself that. If you’re struggling.. you’re still doing more than someone that’s not doing it. Trust me, you build up confidence and you feel more and more motivated as the weeks go on 😊 good luck with your weight loss journey! You can do it!! 🌸

I really struggle with workouts, so I bought a console with a dance game and when I just can't get motivated I dance :oP any movement is better than no movement and the tunes build my mood. I'm no expert but this helps me :)

I just do a bit of walking becky these days and count calories, watching my carbs. I have previously lost weight on treadmills doing fast walking combined with 1 minute sprints. The trick for me is to find something I know I will stick to. Today for example I'm walking 3 miles to the shops and back, would have used the car before. It all helps. I'm sure you will be fine don't lose heart 👍🏻🙂

Walk walk walk... What can be more natural and easier than this 🤔 How my granny use to say say "The movement is a life" I can't do any work out because my health condition, so I decided to walk. I've started with from walking 3.92 km by walking it in 57 minutes and average pace 13.1, now (9 weeks after) I'm on 5.9 - 6.1 km walking not less than an hour with average pace 10.15“-9.55". Walking in the morning 30 min after breakfast and then in the evening 30 minutes after my dinner. Keep your back straight, look right in front of your, breath in (vacuum your stomach in) and you are ready to go. Most important that you don't start walk very fast straight away, give it a time and then start to speed up. There is many info online how to walk if you want to lose weight and ged rid of vesciral fat. So good luck 🤞the force is with you 💕
