kak aku liat asupan proteinnya bagus, pola makannya gmna ya? aku udh makan ayam tempe tahu telur ikan ttp protein kurang. bisa share?

Saya pakai ikan tuna / tongkol mbak.. Per 100gr fat cm 1gr. Carb: zero dan protein 24gr Sehari bs makan 300gr
