It's raining it's pouring.....I love the sound of rain in the morning, well, when I don't have to go anywhere that is. My daughter is home from school today with an inner and outer ear infection. She is doing better but I still wanted her to stay home. So we slept in to the sound of rain on the roof and my son magically slept til 9 as well!! YES!!! I haven't slept past 6:30 in a LONG time!! I had a couple moments of weakness yesterday after my OH SO stressful day at the docs and pharmacy. I ended up sharing a couple squares of chocolate with my daughter and ate 1 chicken nugget of my son's. I can tell when my monthly visitor is approaching. I want to eat all day!! I hate that. But I resisted for the most part and was down another 1/2 lb this morning. We are leaving tomorrow to go to my mom's for the weekend. I really want to do well and be able to post a loss when we return.

Oh good job!! After such a hectic day, a bite or two of chocolate and a chicken nugget isn't going to break the scales! :) Have a great trip!

Have a terrific trip Gracie....and you WILL do fine...your Mom is supportive of your efforts and she'll keep you on the straight and narrow....Keep the FOCUS....Congrats on the half pound....!!! Huggs

Have a great trip, Gracie. Glad to hear about the extra sleep-- it's such an important element of staying healthy! I have issues with that. Your son slept until after 9!? What a joy! My little one is a bit of an early riser. Perhaps we should get our kiddos one of those noise makers that sounds like rain on the roof... ;-)

You are doing awesome - nice chart! Have a great time at your Mom's and I love the sound of gentle rain -- only thing is it is getting so cold in MN - soon it will be snowing instead of raining!
