Oh Thank God It's almost the weekend!! It's been a long week at work and school this week has kicked my butt. The children are busier than normal and dinner at night has now become a luxury. I have been stalled on my diet this week, and I broke my own rule and weighed myself yesterday and I gained 5 lbs! I almost passed out. It's that danged cake I ate last Saturday, still sitting on my hips probably :) On a good note, I am still exercising every morning, and have really increased my strength and core training. My weight issue has become a personal vendetta between me and my fat.
