Had a good run this morning- I was tired though, especially my legs. I have not exercised this intensly in some time. My abs are sore for the ab workout on the balance ball. I kinda like being sore because it makes me feel like I am doing something to change my body. I have done a good job eating also. Just waiting to see some results on that evil scale...
