dulu berat badan 65kg sekarang 50kg pas setiap hari workout 20menit dan jaga porsi makan dengan cara hitung kalori dan kadang 1 bulan 1x makan sembarang setelah itu diet lg untuk turuni berat badan .. ga susah kok tmn2 asal niat dan tekun
