I’ve decided that after every -10 kg I will do one cheat day and eat everything what I want. I don’t know if that’s good idea but is needed for sure. I am starting to focus on food too much. Bad habbit type of food of course🍕🍟🍔🥟🍰🍫🧁🍩🧀.
Hopefully, that wont’t make me go down and stop my changes, I just want at least one day without calories count and food preparation.
