Ini jadi 9 pangsit Isinya : sawi 40gr, daun bawang 1 helai, tempe 50gr, putih telur 1, tepung tapioka 1sdm. Bumbunya : minyak wijen 1sdt, garam, lada bubuk. Semua sekitar 500'an kalori, tp aku makan cuma 5biji + mayones buat sarapan udh kenyang bgt
