Breakfast [ 1 cup skinny coffee; crackers];

18 oz bottle water;
Snack: 1/2 bar blueberry multi-grain snack bar; 1 cup skinny coffee;

Lunch: 1 cup beans; w/water

Dinner: 1/4 pc steak; 1/2 baked potato; 20 oz water;
