Still no working out but losing with just the high protein intake. I do not feel as hungry and I have a goal in place.
130.8 kg Lost so far: 2.1 kg.    Still to go: 22.0 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.

Thats good to hear!!! Just take your time and take it slow! I know that a high protein diet will help curb your hunger. Exercise when you can. It does help with the weight loss, but sometimes you just have to go with just the diet. I have a hard time exercising here at the house. I really need to start walking more, but that is a little difficult. Just take it one day at a time!!! I'm right there with you!!!
