Me too, kmren sempet down udah 2 minggu cuma turun 0,5. Terus inget ngukur lingkar badan, eeh trnyata banyak mengecil nyaa, timbangan ga ngaruh tp lingkar badan iya, langsung mood diet naik lagi

@shafira Bagus bgt mba. Klo aku lingkar badannya tetep 😂. Dulu pernah stuck juga di angka 70 sekitar sebulan baru bs turun lagi 😂
