Campur" gitu sih ka..
Aku lihat dari yt gitu terus mana yang menurutku mudah, itu ajah yang ku pakai berulang".. kalau nama" ny aku kurang tau ka.. cek ajah yt "skwad fitness" ka.. aku ngambil gerakan dari situ semua koq..
