Homemade tahu isi 😋
-+ 100 kalori/potong. Tahu isi no tepung, hanya 2 sdm oil (kalau pake teflon anti lengket kalorinya jadi lebih dikit krn gk perlu pake minyak).

kalo masukin di fs nya gimana tuh ??apa ngimput yg di fs aja (tahu isi)itu pake tepung kan

Well aku selalu input satu2 ingredients dari makanan yg aku masak, krn makanan yg udah ada jumlah kalorinya di fs komposisinya pasti gak sama dgn yg kita masak😅
