It feels like it's getting tougher and tougher to stick with healthy eating. Does anyone have any tips to help me make it through?

I am not sure what you mean by tougher to stick with it, but if you are restricting things from your diet don't, restricting yourself from food gets boring and leads to ultimate failure. Remember this is not a diet, this is a life time change so you shouldnt feel like you are missing anything. If you arent restricting anything than switch things up, I noticed you have your RDI set to 1200, but your diet calendar shows that you are only eating about 1000 calories a day, try not to eat any less than 1200 calories infact you could probably bump it up to 1400 and still see losses.

Thanks pixidaisy... The thing I'm resisting is the steady stream of cookies, candy bars, chips, etc. that float around the office all day long. Then, when I come home from work I mostly end up fixing myself something different than my teenage sons and fiance eat. They love pizza and burgers and hate salads, fish and chicken. I don't feel like I'm not getting enough to eat - I just am afraid that I'll start eating granola bars, chips, cupcakes - all the things that I know are bad for me - and I won't be able to stop!
