Up .4 because I snacked! 1/2c dry roasted peanuts and a square of dark chocolate salted caramel. Reinforces that I need to stick with IF as I'm down 5 pounds this week. Prior to yesterday, I did 6 days of 20/4 intermittent fasting below calories and close in macros. I'm going back at it because it is working.
