Today is a FABULOUS day! I got on the scale and nothing...last Sunday I measured and NOTHING...but today I grabbed my old slacks out of the closet instead of my newer (bigger) ones...and THEY FIT!!!!!!!!! I haven't been able to get into these for 2.5 years!!!!!!!!

Just goes to show that a scale junkie like me needs to remember it's not ALL about the numbers.

Have a great day everyone! I'm hoping that wearing these slacks will keep my butt away from the company bake sale today!

WOO HOO! Congrats on getting into those slacks! You are sooo right. It's NOT all about the numbers. We all have to be reminded of that from time to time. :)

Congratulations!! I lose more inches than pounds on this diet too. But that means you're losing FAT and gaining MUSCLE! Great job!
