運動前香蕉沒照 今天練好多手 後面又加核心 單腳懸吊波比跳 一腳10下兩組 單腳懸吊 單腳捲腹10下 2組 單腳懸吊 另外一腳往上伸展10下兩組 流好多汗 😅😅😅 賽百味加無糖豆漿 等下跑步🏃🏻‍♂️🏃🏻‍♂️🏃🏻‍♂️
