had a gain today
but
i didnt drink ANY water yesterday
so im thinking that might be why
i lost my water bottle, and i forgot to buy a new one so
i just didnt drink.
i woke up this morning and i was puffy and swollen, too
so probably not a good day to weigh myself.
i need to stop weighing myself everyday
its like an addiction, but i think the payoffs would be greater if i waited and got to see more than a 1/2 a pound at one time.

thats all for today.
its hot out and that makes me lethargic.
