Our new favourite side - pakoras! Shame they're fried in oil; does anyone have exoerience putting a batter in an air fryer or oven?

Agreed Gilly, you can’t beat the real thing in moderation 😉 but the type of oil makes some difference

Just don't cook in olive oil not got a high temp gives off toxins 💪xxx

Thanks for the advice :-) we always use rapeseed oil for deep frying :) Following the vegan diet, we're not eating that many calories even will full meals! Getting lots of veggies and pulses in too! I'd be interested to know about the air fryer though! Thanks for being so supportive!
