SO TODAY I HAD MY FIRST SESSION WITH MY PERSONEL TRAINER GOING TO WORK OUT WITH HIM 2 X A WEEK AND 1 ON MY OWN. HE CHECHED WEIGHT AND BODY FAT SO WE WILL SEE HOW I DO NOW. THE EATING HAS BEEN OK I DUMPED ALOT OF CARBS OUT OF MY PLATE NO SUGAR EXCEPT FOR NATURAL NO BREADS AT THIS POINT EVERYTHING IN MODERATION DRINKING LOTS OF H20. IM ON WAY

Great to hear that you got an exercise routine set up!!! That is awesome!!! And good for you on dumping the carbs. Just remember that you do need some carbs. Whole grains are great. Good on getting rid of the sugars. When you read the labels, watch out for high fructose corn syrup. Its in more things than you would think!!! That is something you need to learn, is how to read nutritional labels and the ingredients list on foods. So glad you are on your way!!! I'm rooting for you!!

Thanks. Yes the labels are very important. I'm glad some of the industry is finally taking out high fructose corn syrup. Natural whole products seem to be the only way to go. Keep up your awesome effort!! Have a great day.
