@ayaa24 tipsnya cm 1 konsisten makan sehat n deficit kalori.. Kl BB naek tetep aja focus defcal pasti turunnya.. Aku udh ngilangin minuman mania jg, trus workout sminggu minim 4x kl aku.. 😘😘
