ive been consistently going over my points EVERYDAY. only by one or two, and I know that's why I have them, but i feel like i dont lose weight when i use the points throughout the week. ive also realized that i eat the majority of my points at NIGHT, and thats definitely not a good thing since at night i'm usually just sitting around. i need to work on that by eating more in the morning so i CANT eat at night. although the problem with that is i'll prbably just eat at night anyway. i need more motivation because for some reason i cant get myself going. i'd like to say i need to go to the gym every night but i just dont have the energy after my long days. :(

on a more positive note, though, i have good news! my roommate and i decided to go to wendys last night. shes doing weight watchers too and we decided to choose ahead of time what we were going to get. so we got junior cheese burger deluxes without the mayo (6 points) and a small chili (4 points)! And i was FULL! I really didn't think I was going to be full and I was bummed that I couldn't get french fries. But after I went, I was SO HAPPY with myself. I felt like it was really an accomplishment not to splurge at a place like that and I was very proud of myself. I think that's definitely a land mark. :)
