I hope that the plateau has finally run it's course. "Sherriff Joe" (the scale) was finally nice! I think I'm pretty well caught up from my 5 days away, and caught up on my sleep from the trip... Wow, was I tired upon my return. Getting ready to hit the gym. Janellea's congo line was an awesome warm up, but I'm thinking after my laziness yesterday, I'd better do some more catching up.
