Day 14 & Very Proud of my weigh in! I would like to have a body comp done because even though im rocking the scales with great numbers i still have discouraging fat in places, BUT IM ON THE RIGHT TRACK! wow it has been so long since i have not cheated even the slightest on the weekend, and the results show! It is a good reminder that it is the whole package that one must endure in order to see results. Im really looking forward to the end of bootcamp that i have been in for the last 6 weeks...it wasnt as challenging as previous ones and day one of the new bootcamp that i started this morning is very hard, and makes me work! i like that..it will be interesting to see what kind of state im in after lunch, probably have to have a nap under my desk ;)
Looking forward to P90 after work too. 52 Days till Maui, no time for slackin
