Totally bombed this weekend. Parents in town ate chinese buffet on Friday. Then had cuban on Saturday. And fell apart at work on Sunday night with rice crispy treats. And so it begins again today. Work out with Personal Trainer tonight at 5pm. He worked me good last thursday so hopefully we can get this going in the right direction. I did buy a treadmill for home and will start that on the days I dont go to the gym so rain can not be an excuse any more. Great deal 321$ for a gym quality machine. What do you think of the bow flex machines they have the weight machine for 325$ I will think about it so when membership over I can continue at home. Im really a home body.

Don't feel bad about bombing Royal!! I did too!! I have determined that you need to do that once in a while. You can still watch what you eat when you go out. Don't worry about calories, just watch your portion sizes! If its a restaurant you know, and you know they give big portions, ask them to put half in a take home box and bring you the other half! The Cuban restaurant sounds interesting!! And good on buying a treadmill. I have some trouble walking right now, and that is not an option for me. I also heard that the bowflex is good to workout with. Keep up the good work!!!

Well personal trainer put me thru the wringer. All arms today. they feel like limp wet noodles. For a half hour he worked those arms. And then the good ole treadmill for 20 mins. They say to do hair tonight because I wont be able to lift arms in morning. We will see.
