Resep salad ayam :
200 gr filet dada ayam (marinate pake susu cair sikit lada kaldu n garam sikit)biar bauk ayn hilang
100 gr timun di serur
75 gr apel di serut
1 buah tomat potong dadu
Cara masak ayam :
Pake minyak 5ml/1sdt di teflon tumis ayam ampe kecoklatN siap itu campur aj n pake dressing lee kum kee saus ala vietnam (seger2 asem manis ) 18gr=30kal
