Had an ok wknd with eating and exercise. Didn't get to the gym but got good power walks in Fri, Sat, Sunday. Eating was not great, but not out-of-control either. Etoh consumption was very minimal this wknd which always helps with reduced caloric intake. Big thanks to Cheeks to introduced me to some low point treats and who looks FABULOUS and is such a dieting inspiration. Plan is to get back to the gym this wk. Just packed my bag to take a morn spin class - so no excuses! Just need to watch late night eating and keep track of my points. Feeling optimistic about health eating/exercise this week!
