What a week this has been!! I wasn't feeling too great last weekend and fortunatly I went and got groceries on Monday, for the week, because My Mom was rushed to hospital Tuesday with unstable angina. She's 84. That left my Dad at home alone. He's 84 too.
I'll tell first we all survived and everyone is fine!

Mom was in hospital until Friday afternoon. Her doctor had change her meds and they were too low a dose to keep her angina stable. (Her doctor for years and years, just retired and the replacement is updating all the meds for his new patients and I know a few who have been affected badly.) Hope he realizes SOON that he doesn't haveto fix what's working.

I never got any planned exercise in but I sure ran around alot and I did pack my meals and ate in the hospital Wed. - Fri. Got parents groceries and when I wasn't looking after them I was on the phone or computer updating family and friends. After that each day, I just decided a good nights sleep was more important than exercise.

Sunday I got on the treadmill and did the Week 9 C25K podcast and actually went further and I felt great!

The scales were kind. I lost 1 lb. this week and I know I will lose next week(even though it's BOO time)
