I am now 4 weeks in and was managing great until today - I think you get to a point (usually the one where I am thinking "whats the point") where I am now becoming frustrated - usual ready to quit symptoms such as weighing every day (sometimes several times a day) .... however - am keeping the page up and concentrating on putting every little morsel down on the diary until I hopefully get past this block...
