Biked into work today. Trying to make that a routine at least once a week. It is only 8.5 miles one way but have to carry about 15 pounds of computer, clothes and stuff. Hoping a saddle bag will make it easier as the backpack gets heavy real quick. If Garmin watch is correct, round rip will burn about 900 calories.

Thanks. 20 minutes on the interstate or 50 on a bike. I like the bike. I wish we has better bike lanes but it works.
