Feeling good this morning. Worked out on treadmill yesterday for 25 mins. Work with personal trainer tonight on legs again. I did much better with the after pain this time as I was instructed to take a cold shower after the cool down session and I recovered much faster. But it wasn't pleasant I stayed in the spray for 8mins as recommended. Im not seeing much differance in weight lose yet. Will have some labs drawn to make sure thyroid is working properly. Blood sugar was much better this morning at 118 it had been running 140"s. I cut out alot of sugar when the carbs were cut back. I will perservere.
