Good morning all, I’m new to fat secret it’s been about a week, and I really like and appreciate all the motivation because I surely need it. I’ve been really strict with my diet for the better part of June but towards the end of the month started struggling with cravings so I gave in to a few and stalled on my weight loss then gained a few and then weighed myself this morning had lost 3lbs in spite of eating horribly unhealthy yesterday 🤷🏽‍♀️I’m 236 now started at 239
107.0 kg Lost so far: 9.1 kg.    Still to go: 23.6 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
