you should try to consume 500 for dinner... I often fail and I have to have at least 500 for my night meds. but when I fail fat secret reminds me to be healthy consume a minimum of 500 calories for dinner

@Phae1975 I often do have around 400-500 cals for dinner, but sometimes I have something light, just depends on how tired/hungry I am 🤷‍♀️
