hari ini coba2 HIIT cardio setelah 2 Minggu nyobain chloe Ting tp sok jagoan ga pemanasan dulu sih, akibatnya cedera pantat sebelah kiri nyut-nyutan bos😭
ketawa ngeliat kebodohan sendiri🤣
