Lunchy time.. -+371 kcal. Kreasi dgn instant oatmeal. Telor 3 pc, oatmeal 1 sdm, air mateng 1 sdm, minyak 2 sdm. Rada salah make teflon, harusnya yg kotak, gw lupa malah pake teflon bulet.. kyk buat goreng2 tempe, dan telor ceplok.
