sama kaya aku, kemaren dikasih mi ayam, mau ga mau harus dimakan karena ga enak kalo nolak😭😭

Iya kalori mie ayam+saos padahal udah 500 kalori.. pagi hari nimbang udah lah naik BB 2 ons..Haha..hari ini.udah nyiapin menu sehat udang yg tinggi protein
