I havent beel sleeping very well the last few nights. Hubs cough is still lingering even tho he is feeling much better. He is up half the night coughing tho, and if he's up, i'm up.
I over slept this morning and rushed out of the house, forgot half of my food for the day :(
We have a stash of cereal here at work so i replaced the morning snack i forgot with the healthiest cereal i could find. Honeycombs. lol havent had those since elementary school! I dont know what i'm going to do for my lunch 'dessert', which is usually fruit. I guess i'll just go without.

I really am going to have to force myself to make it to the gym this evening. After over a week of half assed sleep, i really am running low in the energy and motivation department! But i've only been once since last thursday, and that is not acceptable. I need to be making sure that i do this for myself. I always feel much better after i excercise, its just a matter of convincing myself to take that left turn into the parking lot...
