trying IF from today onwards. gonna start with 5 hour eating window followed by 19 hours fasting. having brunch at 12:00 and eating dinner before 17:00. I have been doing it unknowingly for the last week, cause I've been so busy spring cleaning I didn't notice when I skipped a meal. but as I go back on my calorie counter I see what happened. it's working so why would I stop? maybe this is my success formula

i LOVE IF... it really works well for me.... and my weight is dropping again nicely..... i am now doing the 20:4 this week so will see how it goes with weigh in😁

I never knew, but it's working for me. I thought the more meals you eat with smaller calorie counts each, the better, but I am really starting to rethink my first beliefs.
