木瓜牛奶、花椰菜、小番茄、豬肉炒九層塔、荷包蛋
這兩天改用8-16的方法,體脂肪終於下降一點點,8小時用餐後,中間不再偷吃小東西,只喝水,運動改慢跑跟快走搭配
