Sangat bisa, aq dlu mo BAB kudu ritual minum yakult sblm tdur, beol mya besok sore saking susah nya. Dlu s4 diet ala JSR,pake infused water, slma seminggu rlstlhnya tiap bngun tidur pasti BAB, smp skrg.
