@ichaagh Penting dua2nya sih, yg penting bykin makanan yg berfaedah, bykin protein jg biar work out ga sia2, spy ngebentuk massa otot.. Nonton diet santuy deh di YouTube, nonton dari playlist nya yg “konsep diet santuy Full” biar awet dietnya dan nambah ilmu ttg nutrisi, semangat sis 💪🏻

Tolong bantu dong kak solusinya gmna,kadang kalori aku msh kurang. Yg harusnya 1300-an tp aku baru konsumsi 1100,nah tp persentase di macronutrient nya udh tinggi. Kalo aku makan buat cukupin kalori persentase karbo&lemaknya ikutan tinggi,pdhl aku makan yg berfaedah kokk karbo kompleks dan tinggi protein
